Series of earthquakes hits California's Central Coast area

A series of small earthquakes have been recorded in the last day along California Central Coast. The quakes hit roughly between Hollister and Cambria. The largest, which measured magnitude 3.8, was centered near the town of Ridgemark. A 3.7 magnitude quake occurred in Hollister early Monday morning.  There were five quakes greater than 3.0 and more than a dozen smaller quakes in the area. The temblors were felt over a relatively small area, according to the U.S. Geological Survey, and no damage was reported
